We held an Information Session for MBA students in Japan, hosted by Wharton School. We had 101 participants including this year’s students and future candidates. We also invited many alumni members to show the new Wharton Tokyo office.
We had Frank DeVecchis, Director of MBA Admissions and Mike Hugel, Senior Director, International Relations join us from the school. We received word from Chairman Minoura in the beginning, who introduced the wonderful network of about 1200 alumni members in Club of Japan.
In the panel session moderated by Frank, we had Marie Fukuura (WG15), Landon Budge (WG15), Takumi Kumagai (WG15), Yoshiki Tachibana (WG06), Nina Shingai (WG16) come up and talk about her experience at Wharton in her own words.
After the session, we enjoyed delicious food, beer (Again, we got Goose Island beer from Fukuura-san), and wine, answering questions from students and bonding with old friends.
