The Wharton Club of Japan hosted a special seminar by Prof. Harbir Singh at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania and Prof. Jusuke JJ. Ikegami at Waseda Business School, with the support of Nissan Global Foundation, at Waseda NEO on November 20.

The seminar theme was "Comparative Views of Leadership: American, Chinese, Indian and Japanese".   First professor Singh compared most important roles for American, Chinese, and Indian leaders.  Then, lastly Professor Ikegami facilitated discussion on what key features of today's Japanese leadership profile might be and how it does vary.  The session became most interactive one thanks to two professors' great facilitations and we are sure that all the participants must have reminded of MGMT601 at Wharton.
