The 2023 Annual General Meeting was held on Wednesday, Oct. 25 at The Tokyo American Club.

We had 76 alumni registered/attended, networking with new and old friends over food and drinks.

 

To those who attended, many thanks to your participations.In particular, massive thanks to Ozawa-san (G22/WG22) being an MC of the event and Shiozaki-san for the insightful speech.

 

The meeting started with an opening address & toast by Shinoda san (WG99), followed by an announcement on the club's activities and financial statement by Fukuhara san (WG88).

 

At this year’s AGM, we elected, in addition to Kanda-san for his 2nd term, two new Directors to the WCJ Board:

- Debbie Reilly, W95

- Sachie Tanaka, WG19

 

Also, this AGM marks the end of Higa-san’s 2nd term as a Director. We are ever so grateful for his leadership. Huge thanks to Higa-san!

 

Daikuhara-san will succeed Higa-san as the Chairman of the Club.
