Summer Networking Event Welcoming Professor Peter Fader

We hosted our Summer Networking Event welcoming Professor Peter Fader at PLAID, Inc. in GINZA SIX on July 8.

Around 40 alumni, students, and guests gathered for an evening of insightful lecture and networking. Professor Fader shared his perspectives on customer centricity and answered questions from attendees, followed by lively conversations among members over dinner and drinks. 

Participants also had the opportunity to purchase signed copies of the Japanese edition of Customer Centricity.

We would like to extend our sincere gratitude to Professor Peter Fader for spending the evening with us and sharing his valuable insights.
