Wharton MBA Admissions Director Frank DeVecchis has hosted an information session for MBA applicants at Global Business Hub Tokyo on the evening of Tuesday, 12 September. Frank relayed the update on Wharton MBA programs and Kara Keenan, Director of Admissions at the Lauder Institute, explained Wharton's Lauder program.
Four young alumni (Nina Shingai (WG16), Randy Kyung-rok Han (WG15), Landon Budge(WG15), Takumi Kumagai (WG15)) ran a panel and shared their hands-on experience at Wharton by interacting with Frank and Kara.
More than 100 applicants gathered and many of them asked wide spectrum of questions and Frank, Kara, and four panelists answered respectfully. After the session, alumni exchanged name cards and chatted about Wharton life. Interestingly, several applicants I talked with showed their great interests on activities of a local club. Hope they take a look at this HP.
