Prof. Veeraraghavan Seminar

We're delighted to have Prof. Veeraraghavan, Professor of Operations, Information and Decisions in Tokyo on September 11 at Waseda NEO.   63 WEMBA students who visited Tokyo for their Global Business Week also attended.  He kindly talked about "Automation and AI advances in Retail and Services".  He provided us with many insights on how automation and AI impacts on industries by sharing interesting data.  On top of students' questions, alumni asked several questions and he kindly replied to us.  One interesting question from a student was how can retain high skilled workers while advancing automations from which manufacturing companies are more benefiting.
