We held a social gathering on September 11 with Prof. Veeraraghavan and 63 WEMBA students who visited Tokyo for their Global Business Week.
After the seminar by Prof. Veeraraghavan at Waseda Neo, we slightly moved to the next room to have a social gathering. Kurozumi-san made warm welcome remarks and Prof. Veeraraghavan appreciated the club's support on GBW throughout the visits.
Two WEMBA alumni (Akihiro Sato, WG'16 and Donatas Grabliauskas, WG'19) gave a welcome. Donatas kindly arranged one of their corporate visits this week.
Two alumni (Yamamoto-san, WG'89 and Takehisa-san, WG'93) kindly donated special Sake for the party and Takehisa-san introduced his premium Sake.
Then all the alumni attending made quick self-introductions.
Then, some of volunteers of students shared her or his impressions on the tour. Interestingly most of them are the first time visitors and they all commented how impressive Japan was. We finally end up with taking group photos. It was fun!
